진도군은 지난 9월 2일(화), ㈜프로몰엔지니어링 조태희 대표가 지역 발전과 군민 복리 증진을 위해 고향사랑기부금 500만 원을 기부했다고 밝혔다.

㈜프로몰엔지니어링은 통신, 전력, 상수도 등 다양한 인프라 분야에서 친환경 비개착식 공법을 적용한 지향성 압입공법의 선두 주자로, 첨단 장비와 숙련된 기술력을 바탕으로 지역사회와 산업 발전에 기여하고 있다.

조태희 대표는 “지역과 함께 성장하는 기업으로서 진도군의 발전과 군민들의 행복에 작은 보탬이 되고 싶다”며, “앞으로도 지역사회와 상생할 수 있는 다양한 사회공헌 활동을 이어가겠다”라고 말했다.

김희수 진도군수는 “진도군의 미래를 위해 큰 정성을 보내주신 조태희 대표님께 깊은 감사를 드린다”며, “소중한 기부금이 군민 모두가 체감할 수 있는 사업에 쓰일 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.

한편, 고향사랑기부금은 취약계층 복지 향상, 지역 문화·관광 활성화 등 주민 삶의 질을 높이는 다양한 공익사업에 활용될 예정이다.

진도군은 이번 기부를 계기로 지역사회를 위한 따뜻한 나눔 문화를 확산하고, 기업과 주민이 함께 만들어가는 행복한 고향 진도를 만들어 갈 계획이다.

Donates 5 Million KRW through Hometown Love Fund to Support Local Development and Residents’ Well-being
Jindo-gun announced on Tuesday, September 2, that Cho Tae-hee, CEO of Promall Engineering Co., Ltd., donated 5 million KRW through the Hometown Love Fund to contribute to the development of his hometown and the welfare of local residents.
Promall Engineering Co., Ltd. is a leading company in directional pipe jacking methods, applying eco-friendly trenchless technologies across various infrastructure sectors, including telecommunications, power, and water supply. Leveraging advanced equipment and skilled expertise, the company actively contributes to both regional development and industrial growth.
CEO Cho Tae-hee stated, “As a company growing together with the community, I hope to contribute even a small part to the development of Jindo-gun and the happiness of its residents. We will continue to engage in various social contribution activities to coexist and grow with the local community.”
