더욱 다채로워진 명량대첩축제, 명량해상케이블카와 함께 즐긴다.

무더위가 한풀 꺾인 가을, 전남 대표 가을축제인 명량대첩축제가 오는 9월 19일부터 21일까지 진도 녹진과 해남 우수영 일대에서 열린다.

축제는 충무공 이순신 장군을 기리는 제례와 출정 퍼레이드를 시작으로, 강강술래, 디지털 멀티미디어 해전 재현, 인기 가수 공연과 불꽃놀이 등 다채로운 프로그램으로 구성된다.

특히 명량해상케이블카를 통해 축제 전경과 낙조를 하늘에서 감상할 수 있으며, 불꽃놀이는 케이블카 안에서도 즐길 수 있다.

가족 체험존, 활쏘기 체험, 남도 먹거리 장터 등 참여형 프로그램도 마련돼 남녀노소 누구나 즐길 수 있다.

케이블카는 축제 기간 중 19일과 20일 양일간 오후 10시까지 연장 운행하며, 낮 방문객에게는 휴대용 썬캡을 제공한다.

이번 축제를 통해 해남과 진도는 국내외 관광객에게 전남의 색다른 매력을 알리고, 세계적인 해양문화축제로 도약할 것으로 기대된다.

The Myeongnyang Victory Festival Becomes Even More Colorful, Enjoyed Alongside the Myeongnyang Cable Car
As the summer heat eases into early autumn, Jeollanam-do’s representative fall festival, the Myeongnyang Victory Festival, will be held from September 19 to 21 at Nokjin in Jindo and Usoo-yeong in Haenam.
The festival kicks off with a memorial ceremony and a naval departure parade honoring Admiral Yi Sun-sin, followed by a variety of programs including traditional Ganggangsullae dances, a digital multimedia naval battle reenactment, performances by popular singers, and a grand fireworks display.
Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of the festival and the sunset from the Myeongnyang Cable Car, and the fireworks can be comfortably viewed from inside the cable car.
Family-friendly activity zones, archery experiences, and local food markets are also available, making the festival an interactive event for all ages.
During the festival, the cable car will operate until 10 p.m. on September 19 and 20, and daytime visitors will be provided with portable sun visors.
Through this festival, Haenam and Jindo aim to showcase the unique charms of Jeollanam-do to both domestic and international tourists and establish the event as a world-class maritime cultural festival.
