해남군, 2차 민생회복 소비쿠폰 22일부터 신청 접수

해남군은 오는 9월 22일부터 소득 상위 10%를 제외한 군민에게 1인당 10만 원씩 2차 민생회복 소비쿠폰을 지급한다.

신청은 10월 31일까지 온라인(카드사·국민비서·건강보험공단 등)과 읍면사무소·은행 영업점에서 가능하며, 온라인 신청 첫 주는 출생연도 끝자리 요일제가 적용된다.

지급 방식은 신용·체크카드 충전, 해남사랑상품권(지류·모바일) 중 선택할 수 있으며, 1·2차 쿠폰 모두 11월 30일까지 사용해야 한다.

기한 내 미 사용분은 자동 소멸된다.

특히 모바일 해남사랑상품권으로 신청할 경우 예산 소진 시까지 지급액의 5%를 추가 적립해 준다.

군 관계자는 “소비쿠폰이 지역경제 회복에 실질적인 도움이 되도록 최선을 다하겠다.”고 말했다.

Haenam County to Accept Applications for the 2nd Round of Livelihood Recovery Vouchers Starting September 22

Haenam County announced that beginning September 22, it will provide the second round of Livelihood Recovery Vouchers worth 100,000 KRW per person to all residents except the top 10% income bracket.
Applications will be accepted until October 31 through online channels (credit card companies, the National Secretary service, the National Health Insurance Service, etc.) as well as at township offices and local bank branches. During the first week of online applications, eligibility will be determined by the applicant’s birth year (last digit, day-based system).
Residents may choose to receive the vouchers via credit/debit card recharge or as Haenam Love Gift Certificates (paper or mobile). Both the first and second rounds of vouchers must be used by November 30, and any unused balance will automatically expire.
In particular, those who apply for the vouchers in mobile Haenam Love Gift Certificates will receive an additional 5% bonus amount, while funds last.
A county official stated, “We will do our utmost to ensure that the vouchers provide practical support for residents and contribute to the recovery of the local economy.”
