해남군의회, 제14차 의원간담회 개최…농산물 유통·원예산업 공모사업 논의

해남군의회(의장 이성옥)는 지난 15일 의회운영위원회실에서 제14차 의원간담회를 열고, 해남군이 제출한 2026년 저온유통체계구축 지원사업과 원예생산기반 활력화 지원사업 공모 신청 계획을 청취한 뒤 심도 있는 의견을 나눴다.

저온유통체계구축 지원사업은 농산물 유통 과정에서 품질 저하를 막고 상품성을 높이기 위한 사업으로, 산지저온시설과 저온수송차량 설치 및 개보수를 지원한다.

북평면 소재 1개 법인이 신청했으며, 최종 선정은 오는 11월 말 확정될 예정이다.

또한 원예생산기반 활력화 지원사업은 연간 2억 원 이상 원예농산물을 취급하는 단체를 대상으로 생산·유통 시설 등을 지원하는 사업으로, 송지면과 마산면의 2개 법인이 신청했으며 이 역시 11월 말 대상자가 확정된다.

의원들은 저온유통체계구축 지원사업과 관련해 신청 법인의 세부 내용을 자료에 첨부해 달라고 요청했으며, 원예생산기반 활력화 지원사업은 도비 지원을 확대해 군비 부담을 줄일 수 있도록 노력할 것을 주문했다.

김영환 부의장은 “오늘 간담회에서 제시된 의원들의 의견과 요청 사항을 적극 검토해 군정에 반영해 달라”며 간담회를 마무리했다.

Haenam County Council Holds 14th Council Members’ Meeting…Discusses Agricultural Distribution and Horticultural Industry Projects
The Haenam County Council (Chairperson Lee Seong-ok) held its 14th council members’ meeting on the morning of the 15th in the Council Steering Committee Room. During the session, members reviewed Haenam County’s application plans for the 2026 Cold Chain Logistics Support Project and the Horticultural Production Base Vitalization Support Project, and shared in-depth opinions.
The Cold Chain Logistics Support Project aims to prevent quality deterioration and improve marketability during the distribution process of agricultural products by supporting the installation and renovation of cold storage facilities and refrigerated transport vehicles. One corporation based in Bukpyeong-myeon has applied, and the final selection is scheduled to be announced at the end of November.
The Horticultural Production Base Vitalization Support Project targets organizations handling more than 200 million KRW in horticultural products annually, supporting production, distribution, and related facilities. Two corporations from Songji-myeon and Masan-myeon have applied, with the final selection also set for the end of November.
Council members requested that detailed information about the applying corporation be attached to the materials for the Cold Chain Logistics Support Project. They also urged efforts to expand provincial funding for the Horticultural Production Base Vitalization Support Project to reduce the financial burden on the county.
Vice Chairperson Kim Young-hwan concluded, “We ask that the opinions and requests presented at today’s meeting be actively reviewed and reflected in county administration,” before closing the 14th council members’ meeting.
