나는 해남읍에서 평생 살아온 주민이다.
그런데 써던힐호텔이 들어서면서 우리 삶은 완전히 파괴됐다.
호텔 주차장이 있다지만, 턱없이 부족하다.
개관 전부터 뻔히 예상된 문제였지만, 군청은 허가만 덥석 내주고 책임질 생각은 없었다.

우리 주민들은 매일 밤, 아침, 하루 종일 고통 속에 살아야 한다.

새벽 도로는 호텔 전용 주차장
호텔 주차장이 꽉 차면 차량들은 거리로 쏟아진다.
주공3차 아파트 진입로, 체육관 주변 도로는 새벽이면 불법 주차 차량으로 뒤덮인다.
우리가 사는 동네가 언제부터 호텔 주차장으로 전락했는가?
주민들이 아무리 불편을 호소해도 군청은 “규정상 문제없다.”는 말만 반복한다.
규정만 지키면 다냐? 우리 안전과 삶의 질은 아무 상관없는가?

주공4차 아파트 입주, 상상만 해도 재앙
곧 주공4차 아파트가 준공되면 상황은 걷잡을 수 없이 악화된다.

지금도 도로가 주차장인데, 아파트 입주까지 더해지면 진입조차 불가능하다.

군청은 주민들의 고통이 눈에 보이지 않는가? 우리는 교통 지옥 속에서 매일 숨 막히는 시간을 보내야 하는가?
군청의 무책임, 분노가 치민다.
민원을 수십 번 넣어도 군청은 단 한 번도 책임지는 모습을 보이지 않았다.

“규정상 문제없다”는 말로 주민 고통을 우롱하고 있다. 불법 주차와 교통안전 위협은 현실인데, 규정이 우리 삶보다 우선이란 말인가?

대책 없는 허가, 주민만 고통
전문가들은 주차장 추가 확보, 인근 공영주차장 연계, 불법 주차 단속 강화 등을 촉구한다.

하지만 군청은 여전히 손 놓고 있다. 써던힐호텔 주변은 이미 ‘교통지옥 1번지’다.

앞으로는 더 심각해질 게 분명하다.
이제 더 이상 참을 수 없다.
군청은 당장 책임져라!
주민 안전과 삶의 질을 외면하는 행정, 우리는 결코 용서하지 않을 것이다.

“Sudden Hill Hotel, is the County Office out of its mind? Our neighborhood has turned into a traffic hell!”
I have lived in Haenam-eup all my life.
But ever since the Sudden Hill Hotel opened, our lives have been completely destroyed.
The hotel has a parking lot, but it is far too small.
This problem was obvious even before the opening, yet the county office irresponsibly granted approval without any intention of taking responsibility.
We residents have to live in misery day and night, all day long.
Dawn roads have become a hotel-only parking lot
When the hotel’s parking lot fills up, cars spill out onto the streets.
The entrance to Jugong 3rd Apartment and roads around the gym are covered with illegally parked vehicles in the early morning.
Since when has our neighborhood turned into the hotel’s private parking lot?
No matter how much residents complain, the county office keeps repeating, “There is no problem under the regulations.”
Are the regulations all that matters? Do our safety and quality of life not matter at all?
Jugong 4th Apartment, just imagining it is a disaster
When the Jugong 4th Apartment is completed soon, the situation will worsen beyond control.
Even now, the streets are already overflowing with parked cars, and once the apartments are occupied, access will become nearly impossible.
The county office’s irresponsibility fuels our anger
We have filed countless complaints, yet the county office has never shown a single sign of accountability.
They mock our suffering by saying, “There is no problem under the regulations.”
Illegal parking and traffic safety risks are real, yet the regulations take priority over our lives?
Approval without measures, only residents suffer
Experts are urging immediate measures: expanding parking lots, linking nearby public parking, and intensifying illegal parking enforcement.
Yet the county office continues to do nothing. The area around Sudden Hill Hotel is already the “number one traffic hell.”
And it will only get worse.
We can no longer tolerate this.
The county office must take responsibility now!
We will never forgive an administration that ignores residents’ safety and quality of life.
