이오숙 전남광주통합 소방본부장이 9월 30일 해남소방서를 방문해 주요 현안과 현장 대응체계를 점검하고 직원들의 애로사항을 청취했다.

해남소방서(서장 정형중)에 따르면 이 본부장은 이날 주요 업무보고를 통해 업무 추진사항과 당면 현안을 보고받았다. 이어 지역 특성을 반영한 소방안전대책과 현장 대응체계 등을 살폈다.

또 각 부서 직원과 현장 근무자들을 만나 업무 수행 과정에서 겪는 어려움과 건의사항을 듣고, 도민의 생명과 재산을 보호하기 위해 일선에서 근무하는 직원들을 격려했다.

이오숙 본부장은 “각자의 자리에서 도민의 안전을 지키기 위해 최선을 다하고 있는 직원들의 노고에 감사드린다.”며 “앞으로도 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이고, 직원들이 맡은 업무에 전념할 수 있는 근무환경 조성과 현장 대응역량 강화에 힘쓰겠다.”고 말했다.

정형중 해남소방서장은 “해남소방서를 찾아 직원들을 격려하고 현장의 목소리를 들어주신 데 감사드린다.”며 “앞으로도 직원 간 소통과 화합을 바탕으로 현장 대응역량을 높이고, 군민이 안심할 수 있는 안전한 해남을 만드는 데 최선을 다하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

Lee Oh-sook, chief of the Jeonnam–Gwangju Integrated Fire Headquarters, visited Haenam Fire Station on September 30 to review key issues and emergency response arrangements and hear staff concerns.
According to Haenam Fire Station, led by Chief Jeong Hyeong-jung, Lee received a briefing on ongoing operations and current challenges. She also reviewed fire safety measures tailored to local conditions and emergency response arrangements.
Lee then met with personnel from each department and frontline responders to hear about difficulties encountered in their duties and receive suggestions. She also commended their efforts to protect residents’ lives and property.
“I am grateful to our personnel for doing their utmost to keep residents safe in their respective roles,” Lee said. “We will continue to listen to frontline personnel, improve working conditions so they can focus on their duties, and strengthen our emergency response capabilities.”
Haenam Fire Station Chief Jeong Hyeong-jung said, “We appreciate Chief Lee’s visit to encourage our personnel and listen to their concerns. We will continue to strengthen our emergency response capabilities through communication and cooperation among staff and do our utmost to make Haenam a safe place where residents can live with peace of mind.”
