전남광주통합특별시가 3급에서 2급으로 승진하는 3명을 비롯해 모두 34명에 대한 승진 인사를 의결했다.
전남광주통합특별시는 22일자로 2급 승진 3명, 3급 승진 7명, 4급 승진 24명 등 총 34명에 대한 승진 인사를 의결했다.
이번 인사에서는 행정통합추진단과 통합기획과를 비롯해 행정지원과, 기후환경국, 전략추진단, 문화정책관, 언론담당관 등 주요 부서에서 승진자가 나왔다.
■ 3급→2급 승진 3명
3급에서 2급으로는 강효석 행정통합추진단, 김기홍 행정지원과(파견), 이상배 기후환경국 등 3명이 승진했다.
■ 4급→3급 승진 7명
4급에서 3급으로는 강은순 민주보훈과, 김승희 행정지원과, 배용석 행정지원과(파견), 윤미라 전략추진단, 이길용 문화정책관, 이병철 광양만권경제자유구역청, 전창우 친환경수산과 등 7명이 이름을 올렸다.
■ 5급→4급 승진 24명
5급에서 4급으로는 모두 24명이 승진했다.
승진자는 고경희 정책기획관, 김상숙 전남광주통합특별시, 김선희 광주보건환경연구원, 김영준 전남자치경찰행정과, 김원중 체육진흥과, 문기환 녹지정책과, 박주연 건강위생과, 박철주 대중교통과 등이다.
이어 배준 광역안전정책과, 서대철 해양수산과학원, 서우정 광주도서관, 선미정 대학인재정책과, 신연식 도시사회재난과, 양시봉 산단개발과, 이유종 언론담당관, 이유지 행정지원과(파견)가 승진했다.
또 장판석 행정지원과(파견), 정무혁 회계관리과, 정요심 여성가족과, 정채용 동부지역본부, 조성준 도시계획과, 조재술 통합기획과, 최민성 언론담당관, 한가득 도로정책과가 4급 승진자 명단에 포함됐다.
특히 이번 승진 인사에는 행정통합추진단과 통합기획과 등 전남·광주 행정통합 관련 업무를 담당하는 부서와 정책기획·안전·교통·도시계획·산업단지·언론 등 주요 분야 공직자들이 포함됐다.
이번 인사는 2026년 9월 22일자로 의결됐다.

Jeonnam-Gwangju Special Metropolitan City has approved the promotion of 34 officials, including three officials elevated from Grade 3 to Grade 2.
The city approved the promotions as of Sept. 22, 2026, comprising three officials promoted to Grade 2, seven to Grade 3 and 24 to Grade 4.
The latest personnel action includes officials from key departments such as the Administrative Integration Promotion Task Force, Integration Planning Division, Administrative Support Division, Climate and Environment Bureau, Strategic Promotion Task Force, Cultural Policy Office and Press Relations Office.
■ Grade 3 → Grade 2: 3 Officials
Three officials were promoted from Grade 3 to Grade 2: Kang Hyo-seok of the Administrative Integration Promotion Task Force, Kim Ki-hong of the Administrative Support Division (on assignment), and Lee Sang-bae of the Climate and Environment Bureau.
■ Grade 4 → Grade 3: 7 Officials
Seven officials were promoted from Grade 4 to Grade 3: Kang Eun-soon of the Democracy and Veterans Affairs Division; Kim Seung-hee of the Administrative Support Division; Bae Yong-seok of the Administrative Support Division (on assignment); Yoon Mi-ra of the Strategic Promotion Task Force; Lee Gil-yong of the Cultural Policy Office; Lee Byung-chul of the Gwangyang Bay Area Free Economic Zone Authority; and Jeon Chang-woo of the Eco-Friendly Fisheries Division.
■ Grade 5 → Grade 4: 24 Officials
A total of 24 officials were promoted from Grade 5 to Grade 4.
The promotees are Ko Kyung-hee of the Policy Planning Office; Kim Sang-sook of Jeonnam-Gwangju Special Metropolitan City; Kim Sun-hee of the Gwangju Health and Environment Research Institute; Kim Young-jun of the Jeonnam Autonomous Police Administration Division; Kim Won-jung of the Sports Promotion Division; Moon Ki-hwan of the Green Policy Division; Park Joo-yeon of the Health and Hygiene Division; and Park Cheol-joo of the Public Transportation Division.

The promotions include officials working in departments directly related to the Jeonnam-Gwangju administrative integration, including the Administrative Integration Promotion Task Force and Integration Planning Division, as well as personnel responsible for key policy areas such as planning, public safety, transportation, urban planning, industrial complex development and media relations.
The promotions were approved as of Sept. 22, 2026.
