전남광주통합특별시해남교육지원청이 오랜 기간 학교와 교육행정 현장을 지켜온 정년퇴직 교육공무직원들에게 감사의 마음을 전하고 새로운 출발을 응원했다.

해남교육지원청은 18일 정년을 맞은 교육공무직원 10명을 대상으로 ‘정년퇴직 교육공무직원 감사 선물 전달식’을 개최했다.

이번 행사는 학교와 교육행정 현장에서 맡은 업무를 성실히 수행하며 학생들의 교육활동과 원활한 학교 운영을 위해 헌신해 온 교육공무직원들의 노고에 감사와 존경의 뜻을 전하기 위해 마련됐다.

이날 해남교육지원청은 퇴직자 10명에게 감사 선물을 전달하고, 교육 현장에서 함께한 경험과 추억을 되새기는 시간을 가졌다.

행사 참석자들은 오랜 기간 학교 현장의 다양한 업무를 담당하며 교육공동체를 든든하게 뒷받침해 온 퇴직자들의 헌신에 감사의 뜻을 전하고, 퇴직 이후에도 건강하고 행복한 삶을 이어가기를 기원했다.

해남교육지원청 교육장은 “오랜 시간 교육 현장의 든든한 버팀목으로 학생들과 학교를 위해 헌신해 주신 정년퇴직 교육공무직원 여러분께 진심으로 감사드린다.”고 말했다.

이어 “새로운 인생의 출발점에서 항상 건강하고 행복하시기를 바란다.”며 “앞으로도 교육 현장과 지역사회의 발전을 위한 관심과 응원을 이어주시길 기대한다.”고 전했다.

해남교육지원청은 앞으로도 교육공무직원의 사기를 높이고 근무 만족도를 향상하기 위한 소통과 화합의 자리를 지속적으로 마련할 방침이다.

이와 함께 교직원과 교육공무직원 등 교육공동체 구성원 모두가 상호 존중받으며 일할 수 있는 조직문화 조성에도 힘쓸 계획이다.

The Haenam Office of Education under the Jeonnam–Gwangju Special Metropolitan Government has expressed its gratitude to education support staff members retiring after years of dedicated service to schools and educational administration, while wishing them well as they begin a new chapter in their lives.
On August 18, the Haenam Office of Education held an appreciation ceremony for 10 education support staff members reaching retirement age.
The event was organized to convey gratitude and respect to the retirees, who faithfully carried out their duties in schools and educational administration while supporting students’ learning activities and the smooth operation of schools.
During the ceremony, the office presented appreciation gifts to the 10 retirees and reflected on the experiences and memories they shared throughout their years in education.
Attendees thanked the retirees for their dedication in performing a wide range of duties and serving as dependable pillars of the education community. They also wished them continued health and happiness in retirement.
The superintendent of the Haenam Office of Education said, “I sincerely thank all the retiring education support staff members who have devoted themselves to students and schools and served as dependable pillars of our educational community for so many years.”
“I hope you will always enjoy good health and happiness as you begin this new chapter in your lives,” the superintendent added. “We also look forward to your continued interest in and support for the development of education and the local community.”
The Haenam Office of Education plans to continue creating opportunities for communication and fellowship to boost the morale and job satisfaction of education support staff members.
It will also work to foster an organizational culture in which teachers, education support staff members and all other members of the education community are treated with mutual respect
