노경필 신임 법원행정처장은 1964년 해남에서 태어났으며, 지역 언론 기록에 따르면 해남군 계곡면 용호리 출신이다. 광주고등학교와 서울대학교 법과대학을 졸업하고 1991년 제33회 사법시험에 합격했다.
군법무관 복무를 마친 뒤 1997년 법관으로 임용돼 서울지방법원 판사를 시작으로 법관의 길을 걸었다. 이후 대법원 재판연구관과 서울고등법원 고법판사, 광주고등법원 부장판사, 수원고등법원 부장판사·수석부장판사 등을 거쳤으며, 2024년 8월 대법관에 임명됐다.

He graduated from Gwangju High School and the College of Law at Seoul National University. In 1991, he passed the 33rd National Judicial Examination.
