해남군은 연말을 맞아 고향사랑기부 참여를 확대하고 기부자 감사의 마음을 전하기 위해 ‘연말정산 13월의 월급받기 프로젝트’ 특별 이벤트를 11월 6일부터 12월 10일까지 진행한다고 10일 밝혔다.
이번 이벤트는 고향사랑e음 누리집 또는 전국 NH농협은행 창구를 통해 해남군에 10만 원 이상 기부하고 답례품을 신청한 기부자를 대상으로 한다.
군은 기부자 중 총 30명을 무작위 추첨해, 해남산 배추로 담근 포기김치 2kg을 추가 증정할 계획이다.
특히 해남군은 김장 적기에 맞춰 전국 최고의 품질을 자랑하는 해남배추의 우수한 맛을 널리 알리고, 매년 11월 22일 ‘김치의 날’ 이후 해남산 배추로 김장하자는 해남 김장 캠페인의 의미도 함께 담았다고 설명했다.
당첨자는 12월 중 해남군 누리집 공지사항을 통해 발표되며, 군은 개별 안내도 병행해 기부자 편의를 높인다.
해남군 관계자는 “고향사랑기부제는 지역을 응원하는 마음을 전할 수 있는 소중한 참여 제도”라며 “기부자분들이 연말정산 세액공제 혜택과 함께 따뜻한 마음을 나누는 겨울을 보내시길 바란다.”고 말했다.

Haenam County Launches Year-End Appreciation Event for Hometown Donation Participants
Haenam County announced on the 10th that it will hold a special year-end event titled the “Year-End Tax Return, Receive Your 13th Month Salary Project” from November 6 to December 10, in order to encourage participation in the Hometown Love Donation Program and express gratitude to donors.
The event is open to individuals who donate 100,000 won or more to Haenam County through the Hometown Love e-eum website or at any NH Nonghyup Bank branch nationwide and select a return gift.
From among eligible donors, the county will randomly select 30 people to receive an additional 2 kg of kimchi made from premium Haenam-grown napa cabbage.
Haenam County explained that the event is also intended to promote the superior flavor and quality of Haenam cabbage during peak kimchi-making season, while supporting the campaign encouraging households to make kimchi with Haenam cabbage after “Kimchi Day” on November 22.
The list of winners will be announced on the Haenam County website in December, and individual notifications will also be provided for convenience.
A county official stated,
“The Hometown Love Donation Program allows people to support and stay connected with the community,” adding,
“We hope donors enjoy both the year-end tax benefits and a warm, meaningful winter with the specially prepared Haenam kimchi.”
