전남 해남경찰서(서장 안형주)는 10일 해남공업고등학교에서 해남공고 교직원과 학생, 해남군청, 해남교육지원청, 해남청소년상담복지센터 등 30여 명이 참여한 가운데 학교폭력 예방 및 안전한 등굣길 조성을 위한 합동 캠페인을 실시했다.

이번 캠페인에서는 단순히 학교폭력 예방에 그치지 않고, 최근 청소년들이 노출되기 쉬운 유괴 안전수칙, 사이버도박 범죄 예방, 마약범죄 대응 방법까지 함께 홍보하며 청소년 범죄 전반에 대한 경각심을 높였다.

특히 경찰은 최근 발생한 어린이 대상 납치 사건을 사례로 들어, “모르는 사람이 함께 가자고 할 때는 단호히 거절하고, 곧바로 부모님이나 선생님, 경찰에 알리는 것이 중요하다.”는 구체적인 행동 요령을 안내해 학생과 학부모들의 큰 공감을 얻었다.

안형주 해남경찰서장은 “이번 캠페인을 통해 학교폭력은 물론 청소년 유괴, 사이버도박, 마약범죄 등 신종 범죄에 선제적으로 대응하겠다.”며, “앞으로도 청소년들이 **안전하고 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지역사회와 함께 보호 활동을 강화하겠다.”라고 말했다.

Haenam Police Station Launches Joint Campaign to Prevent School Violence at the Start of the Second Semester
“Proactive response to youth abduction, cyber gambling, and drug crimes”
The Haenam Police Station (Chief Ahn Hyung-joo) held a joint campaign to prevent school violence and create a safe route to school on the 10th at Haenam Technical High School. About 30 participants, including faculty and students of Haenam Technical High School, Haenam County Office, Haenam Office of Education, and the Haenam Youth Counseling & Welfare Center, joined the event.
The campaign went beyond simply preventing school violence. It also raised awareness of broader youth-related crimes by promoting safety rules against abduction, the prevention of cyber gambling crimes, and ways to respond to drug-related offenses.
In particular, the police referred to a recent child abduction case as an example, stressing specific safety measures: “When a stranger asks you to go with them, firmly refuse and immediately inform your parents, teachers, or the police.” This practical advice resonated strongly with both students and parents.
Chief Ahn Hyung-joo of Haenam Police Station said, “Through this campaign, we will proactively respond not only to school violence but also to youth abductions, cyber gambling, and drug crimes.” He added, “We will continue to strengthen protective activities together with the local community so that young people can grow up safely and healthily.”
