진도군이 러시아 바이어를 초청한 수출상담회에서 지역 농수산물의 뛰어난 품질과 경쟁력을 선보이며 100만 달러 규모의 구매 의향 협약을 체결했다.
진도군 특산물 울금 등은 철저한 품질관리와 최신 기술 지원으로 세계 시장에서도 통할 경쟁력을 갖춘 제품으로 평가받고 있다.
이번 상담회에서는 진도군 기업 6곳이 현지 유통망 입점 협상을 진행하며, 오는 10월 현지 방문을 통해 실질적 수출 계약을 이어갈 계획이다.
김희수 진도군수는 “진도군 농수산물은 해외에서도 인정받는 브랜드로 자리매김할 것”이라며, “앞으로도 수출 기업 지원을 아끼지 않겠다.”라고 강조했다.

$1 Million Export Agreement Confirms Global Competitiveness
Jindo County hosted a trade consultation meeting with Russian buyers, showcasing the exceptional quality and competitiveness of its local agricultural and marine products, resulting in a $1 million purchase intention agreement.
Jindo’s specialty products, including turmeric, are recognized for their strict quality control and advanced technological support, making them highly competitive in global markets.
During the consultation, six Jindo-based companies negotiated entry into local distribution networks, and in October, they plan to visit Russia to finalize export contracts and secure distribution channels.
Kim Hee-soo, Mayor of Jindo County, emphasized, “Jindo’s agricultural and marine products are establishing themselves as brands recognized overseas, and we will continue to provide full support to our export-oriented companies.”
