해남군은 11일부터 13일까지 해남군 우수영 울돌소리 호텔에서 ‘2025년 A.C.E 공직자 미래 양성교육’을 실시했다.

이번 교육은 디지털 전환 가속화에 대응해 공직자들의 인공지능(AI) 활용 능력과 소통 역량을 강화하고, 미래형 행정 체계를 구축하기 위해 마련됐다.

A.C.E는 AI(AI) · Culture(문화) · Energy(에너지) 의 약자로, 해남군이 지향하는 미래발전 비전을 의미한다.

이번 교육에서는 생성형 AI를 활용한 기획·이미지·영상·엑셀 제작 실무, 민원 응대 신뢰 향상을 위한 경청 소통법, 전문 의전 실행법, 투자유치 현황 공유 등 실무 중심의 프로그램이 진행됐다.

특히 생성형 AI 활용 교육은 행정 문서 작성, 정책 제안서, 홍보 영상 등 공직 업무에 바로 적용할 수 있는 내용으로 구성돼 참여 공직자들의 호응이 높았다.

또 신규 공직자들이 특히 어려움을 겪는 민원 응대 분야는 실제 사례 토의와 전문 강사의 현장형 지도로 진행되어, 갈등 예방과 공감 행정의 중요성을 다시 한 번 확인하는 시간이 됐다.

투자유치 관련 세션에서는 LS전선, 국가 AI 컴퓨팅센터 건립, RE100 국가산단 추진 등 해남군의 대규모 전략 사업 상황이 공유되었으며, “군민 공감과 지역 자부심을 높일 수 있도록 공직자부터 변화와 준비를 실천하자.”는 공감대가 형성됐다.

참석 공직자들은 앞으로 AI 산업 허브 조성과 글로벌 데이터센터 유치 등 군의 핵심 미래 산업 추진에 적극 협력하기로 뜻을 모았다.

해남군 관계자는 “이번 교육은 공직자의 기본 태도부터 전문 행정 능력, 그리고 AI 활용 능력까지 통합적으로 강화하는 과정”이라며 “미래 행정은 디지털 혁신을 기반으로 하는 만큼, 군민이 체감할 수 있는 스마트 행정 서비스를 지속 마련해 나가겠다.”고 밝혔다.

해남군은 공직자뿐 아니라 군민 대상 AI·디지털 역량 강화 교육도 확장 운영할 계획이다.

Haenam County Conducts A.C.E Future-Oriented Public Servant Capacity Building Program
Haenam County held the “2025 A.C.E Future Public Servant Training Program” from the 11th to the 13th at the Usuyeong Uldol Sound Hotel in Haenam.
This training aimed to strengthen public officials’ capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI) utilization and communication skills, responding to the accelerating digital transformation and establishing a future-oriented administrative system.
A.C.E stands for AI, Culture, and Energy, representing the future development vision that Haenam County is pursuing.
The program included practical training such as generative AI utilization for planning materials, image and video creation, and Excel functions; communication strategies to enhance trust in civil service consultations; professional protocol procedures; and updates on major investment attraction projects.
In particular, the generative AI training focused on content that can be applied immediately to administrative tasks, including drafting reports, preparing policy proposals, and producing promotional materials, receiving positive feedback from the participating officials.
Additionally, sessions on civil service communication—an area where new public servants often face challenges—were conducted through case-based discussions and practical guidance from expert instructors, reaffirming the importance of empathy and conflict prevention in public administration.
During the investment attraction briefing, the county shared progress on major strategic projects such as attracting LS Cable & System, the National AI Computing Center, and promoting an RE100 National Industrial Complex. Participants agreed that public officials should lead in fostering a sense of pride and shared vision with local residents.
The attending officials also expressed their commitment to actively supporting Haenam’s future industrial initiatives, including developing an AI industrial hub and attracting global data centers.
A county official stated, “This training strengthened not only administrative expertise and communication attitude, but also practical AI capabilities,” adding, “As future administration is driven by digital innovation, we will continue to provide smart public services that residents can directly benefit from.”
Haenam County also plans to expand AI and digital literacy education programs for local residents, beyond internal public servant training.
