전통과 창조의 예술혼이 어우러진 ‘2025 금강메아리예술단 희망예술공연’이 오는 10월 23일 해남향교 충효관에서 열린다.

이번 공연은 금강메아리예술단이 주관하고, 해남군과 해남향교가 후원한다.

예술단 장승희 단장은 “이번 공연을 통해 문화예술의 아름다운 가치관을 창조적으로 발전시켜 세계인이 부러워하는 문화유산으로 거듭나고, 나아가 국가 발전의 원동력이 되며 국악 인구 저변 확대에 기여하는 뜻 깊은 자리가 되기를 바란다.”고 밝혔다.

이날 무대는 어랑고고장구, 색소폰 연주, 북평합북단 공연, 판소리 ‘흥보가’, 진도북놀이, 설장구 등 다채로운 프로그램으로 꾸며진다.

특히 장승희 단장의 선소리에 맞춰 참석자 모두가 함께하는 강강술래는 관객들의 흥을 한껏 북돋우며, 공동체의 화합과 전통의 정취를 생생히 전달할 예정이다.

공연의 하이라이트는 대통령상(대통상) 수상자 천희심 씨의 판소리 무대로, 깊이 있는 소리와 감동적인 표현력으로 관객들에게 진한 여운을 선사할 것으로 기대된다.

이번 ‘희망 예술 공연’은 해남의 전통문화와 지역 예술인의 열정이 어우러지는 장으로, 지역 문화예술의 위상을 높이고 해남이 품은 국악의 혼을 널리 알리는 소중한 무대가 될 전망이다.

“The Resonance of Korean Music, Singing of Hope”
2025 Geumgang Echo Art Troupe’s Hope Art Performance Touches Hearts in Haenam
A harmony of tradition and creativity will fill the air as the “2025 Geumgang Echo Art Troupe Hope Art Performance” takes place on October 23 at the Chunghyogwan Hall of Haenam Hyanggyo.
The event is organized by the Geumgang Echo Art Troupe and sponsored by Haenam County and Haenam Hyanggyo.
Art Director Jang Seung-hee expressed her hopes for the performance, saying, “Through this concert, we aim to creatively develop the beautiful values of culture and art, elevate them into a cultural heritage admired around the world, and contribute to the nation’s progress by expanding the base of traditional Korean music.”
The stage will feature a rich lineup including Eorang Gogo Janggu, saxophone performance, Bukpyeong Hapbukdan ensemble, pansori “Heungboga”, Jindo Buknori, and Seoljanggu.
In particular, the Ganggangsullae dance, led by Jang Seung-hee’s lively calls, will invite all participants to join in, heightening the festive spirit while celebrating harmony and the living essence of Korean tradition.
The highlight of the evening will be a pansori performance by Cheon Hee-sim, a recipient of the Presidential Grand Prize, whose profound voice and expressive artistry are expected to leave a lasting impression on the audience.
The Hope Art Performance will serve as a meaningful platform where Haenam’s traditional culture and the passion of local artists converge, enhancing the region’s cultural stature and sharing the spirit of Korean music with a wider audience.
