전라남도진도교육지원청(교육장 김 미)은 지난 10월 13일부터 22일까지 중학교 국어, 수학, 사회, 과학, 영어 교사를 대상으로 ‘2025 중등 교과별 에듀테크 활용 교수학습·평가 역량강화 연수’를 성공적으로 마쳤다고 밝혔다.

이번 연수는 교사들의 에듀테크 활용 능력을 높이고, 학생 맞춤형 학습 지원을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.

연수 과정에서는 다양한 디지털 도구 활용법, 교과 특성에 맞는 수업 설계 및 평가 사례 공유, 맞춤형 학습 지원 전략 탐구 등 실습 중심 프로그램이 운영됐다.

특히 각 교과별 현장 교사가 직접 강사로 참여해 실제 수업에서 활용 가능한 노하우를 전달하며 교육 효과를 높였다.

연수에 참여한 한 교사는 “다양한 디지털 도구를 직접 다뤄보면서 학생들에게 더 흥미롭고 효과적인 수업을 설계할 수 있다는 자신감을 얻었다”며, “배운 내용을 수업에 바로 적용해 학생들의 학습 동기와 성취를 높이고 싶다”고 소감을 밝혔다.

김 미 교육장은 “이번 연수가 교사 전문성 향상에 그치지 않고, 학생 개개인 수준과 요구에 맞춘 수업 실현으로 이어지기를 기대한다.”며, “에듀테크를 활용한 수업 개선을 통해 미래교육에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.”고 말했다.

진도교육지원청은 이번 연수를 계기로 교과별 에듀테크 활용 교수학습 전문성을 강화하고, 학교 현장에 학생 중심 학습 문화를 확산하는 등 미래형 수업 체제 구축에 박차를 가할 계획이다.




Jindo Office of Education Successfully Completes Subject-Specific Edutech Teaching and Assessment Training
– A Platform for Digital Education Communication to Prepare Future-Oriented Classes –
[Jindo = Haenam News] The Jindo Office of Education, Jeollanam-do (Superintendent Kim Mi), announced that it successfully conducted the “2025 Subject-Specific Edutech Teaching and Assessment Competency Enhancement Training” for middle school teachers of Korean, Math, Social Studies, Science, and English from October 13 to 22.
The training was designed to enhance teachers’ abilities to utilize educational technology (Edutech) and strengthen personalized learning support for students.
The program offered hands-on sessions, including the use of various digital tools, sharing lesson planning and assessment examples tailored to each subject, and exploring strategies for individualized learning support. In particular, in-service teachers served as instructors, providing practical insights and know-how that could be directly applied in classrooms, maximizing educational effectiveness.
A participating teacher said, “By working directly with various digital tools, I gained confidence in designing more engaging and effective lessons for students. I look forward to applying what I learned immediately to enhance students’ motivation and achievement.”
Superintendent Kim Mi stated, “We hope this training goes beyond improving teacher expertise to achieving lessons tailored to each student’s level and needs. We will actively support the improvement of lessons through Edutech to respond proactively to future education.”
Through this training, the Jindo Office of Education aims to strengthen subject-specific Edutech teaching and assessment expertise, promote student-centered learning culture in schools, and accelerate the establishment of a future-oriented teaching system.
